*Neil Palmer, Chief Executive Officer
Neil joined Christie’s International Real Estate in 2009, bringing high-net-worth contacts from around the globe and a clear understanding of the high-end real estate market. Previously, he was Group Director, Operations, for the real estate subsidiary of a leading Middle Eastern conglomerate, Director of acquisitions and dispositions for the CIT Group, Deputy Managing Director of Savills, and Managing Director of Colliers Jardine in Hong Kong. Neil is also a member of the Executive Management Committee.
*Ben Phillips, Chief Marketing Officer
Based at Rockefeller Center, Christie’s International Real Estate Regional Headquarters in New York, Ben is responsible for our digital and print marketing strategy and product development initiatives. Ben brings to the job more than 20 years of marketing experience in the residential and luxury real estate business. He began his career at Weichert Realtors and then Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. where he ran product development. He was promoted to corporate roles in both Cendant Corporation and Realogy Corporation as Vice President - Marketing.
AMERICAS
*Jarvis Slade, Managing Director, Americas
Based at Rockefeller Center, Christie’s International Real Estate Regional Headquarters in New York, Jarvis oversees Christie’s International Real Estate operations in the Americas and is a member of the Executive Management Committee. In this role, Jarvis oversees the Regional Vice Presidents for the Americas as well as the Global Client Services Organization., . Jarvis was previously President of Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club, where he was responsible for developing the luxury residential business. Prior to this, he had a long and successful career with American Express.
Clayton Andrews, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager – Central Region
Clayton is a seasoned member of our leadership team and brings over two decades of luxury real estate experience. A licensed broker who has lived and worked throughout the United States, Clayton has spent his entire career in the real estate business. From 1991-2003 he was a partner and member of the board of directors of Jackson Hole Realty, the largest real estate firm in Wyoming. After selling his company in 2003, he became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Sotheby’s running their Mountain Region.
Kathleen Coumou, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager—Northeast Region
Kathleen is headquartered in New York City at the Christie's offices in Rockefeller Center. Her territory spans from Canada down the eastern seaboard to Virginia. Kathleen brings a wealth of experience gained through 20 years of real estate practice in the luxury marketplace as a licensed broker.
Rick Moeser, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager—Southeast Region, Caribbean, and Latin America
Offering more than 24 years of experience in the marketing and sale of luxury real estate, Rick currently manages the business activities for Christie’s International Real Estate in the Southeastern United States as well as the Caribbean and Central and South America. He is based in Palm Beach, Florida.
Zackary Wright, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager—Western Region
Prior to joining Christie’s International Real Estate, Zack was a partner in SYNTHESIS Realty Group, providing advisory marketing and sales for the world’s most exclusive resorts. He was also Director of Real Estate for CCA Europe, a developer of luxury city clubs, golf clubs, and resorts throughout Asia and Europe. For 15 years, Zack served as a Senior Vice President of Sotheby’s International Realty, overseeing the company’s affiliate brokerage network.
EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA
Joachim Wrang-Widén, Director—Affiliate Services (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Based at Christie’s worldwide headquarters in London, Joachim manages all of the activities of Christie’s International Real Estate in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During a decade at Jones Lang LaSalle working in Stockholm, Frankfurt, and London, he held the position of global account manager for a number of multinational corporations and also worked as an investment strategist and investment advisor for several institutional investors for their large-lot-size buying and selling internationally. Before joining Christie’s in 2004, he was in charge of Deloitte’s real estate consultancy department for the Nordic region based in London and Copenhagen. Joachim’s international career spans over 20 years, and he has a wide range of experience in commercial and residential real estate.
Giles Hannah, Director of Sales (London, Europe, Middle East & Africa)
Based at Christie’s Global Headquarters at London, King Street, Giles is responsible for all residential sales activity in the European and London markets. A successful senior sales director, Giles has a wealth of experience in the ultra-prime residential real estate market, having previously worked for Savills of London where he set record prices in the prime markets and was responsible for sales for many private clients, private banks, law firms and real estate developers. Giles runs the Bespoke Marketing and Private Placement sales properties with the European affiliate network. Giles also offers a private client buying service working closely with Christie’s art house to service the demands of Christie’s clients.
ASIA-PACIFIC
*Mitchell Lewis, Managing Director—Asia Pacific
Based in Hong Kong, the regional headquarters for Christie's International Real Estate, Mitch oversees the business development and operations of Christie's International Real Estate throughout the Asia Pacific region. Mitch comes to Christie’s International Real Estate after a 14-year career at Realogy Corporation, where he held various senior positions expanding the international development of Realogy’s real estate brands, most recently serving as Vice President, International Development. In this capacity, he managed the development of Sotheby’s International Realty in Asia, Better Homes & Gardens in northern Asia, and Coldwell Banker in Europe. Mitch is a member of the Executive Management Committee.
