Dan Conn, Chief Executive Officer Dan joined Christie's International Real Estate from Brookfield Asset Management, where he managed the company's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino investment, overseeing all property level departments, including finance, strategy, legal, marketing and human resources as well as developing the HRHC franchise business. Prior to joining Brookfield, Dan was a Director in the Restructuring & Refinancing Group at Peter J. Solomon Company, a Vice President at D.E. Shaw where he was a portfolio manager, an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in investment banking and in its real estate funds, and a lawyer in Canada. Dan holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Toronto, as well as an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business where he was an International Management Fellow.

Bill Hamm, Chief Operating Officer Bill Hamm serves as Chief Operating Officer for Christie’s International Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for the general operations, corporate strategy and financial management of the company. Bill has held various leadership positions in his 5 years at Christie’s International Real Estate and Christie's, successfully driving strategic growth initiatives and business development. Prior to joining Christie's, Bill was a senior manager at KPMG working in New York and London where he led various projects for large multinational companies. Bill is a CPA and holds a BS in accounting and marketing from Lehigh University.

Julie Leonhardt LaTorre, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Affiliate Services, Head of Operations - EMERIA Julie oversees Christie’s International Real Estate’s integration efforts with Christie’s auction house and is the head of operations for the EMERIA region. Julie is also responsible for the strategy and execution of all Affiliate services, including training, conferences, events, and the referrals program. Before joining Christie’s, Julie was a commercial real estate finance attorney at two leading Wall Street firms: Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. While earning her JD at Fordham University School of Law, she served as president of the Stein Scholars Program for the Study of Public Interest Law and Ethics.

Kathleen Coumou, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager – Northeast Region Based in New York City at Rockefeller Center, Kathleen is the New York Broker for Christie's International Real Estate. Kathleen's territory spans from Canada down the eastern seaboard to Virginia. In her tenure at Christie's International Real Estate, she has spearheaded the Bespoke Marketing Program, launching specialized marketing initiatives for significant properties. Kathleen received a BA in Business Administration from Queens College, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and holds various industry credentials.

Rick Moeser, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager – Southeast, Central, Mountain, Caribbean and Latin American Regions Based in Palm Beach, Rick offers more than 26 years of experience in the marketing and sale of luxury real estate. For nearly 10 years he has managed business activities for Christie's International Real Estate in the Southeastern United States, as well as in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America. He started his career in New York before moving to Boston for nearly eight years co-managing the New England region for Sotheby's International Realty. He is a licensed broker and holds a BA in Art History from Franklin and Marshall College.

Zackary Wright, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager – Western Region, Asia Pacific Based in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, Zack brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Christie's International Real Estate leadership team. Prior joining Christie's, he was Director of Real Estate for UK-based CCA Europe; a partner in Synthesis Group, providing advisory, sales and marketing for the world's most exclusive resorts; and Senior Vice President of Sotheby's International Real Estate where he had responsibility for the Western US and Canada, Latin America and the Pacific, and also directed Project Marketing globally. Zack is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and served as an Officer in the United States Air Force.

David Branch, Managing Director, Development Project Marketing David leads the Christie's International Real Estate Development Project Marketing team and brings over 25 years of resort development, marketing and sales experience. David was previously Vice President of the EMEA business unit and member of the Executive Management Committee of Playground, (part of the IntraWest Group), with responsibility for multiple projects and over 60 employees. He has worked with various leaders in the luxury real estate arena including Sotheby’s INTERNATIONAL REALTY, Qatari Diar and Engel & Voelkers Group, (The Private Office). He has held various positions within Club Méditerranée SA, Immostreet.com, SG Warburg and Baring Brothers & Co., Limited. David holds a BSc Econ (Hons) from the London School of Economics and an MBA from IMD, (Dean's List) in Lausanne.
