Occupying a unique position in Odiham village, The Priory is a very special Grade II* listed property. The main house is of Tudor origins remodelled in the reign of Queen Anne. There is a 19th Century addition linking the house to the oldest part of the priory which is medieval, built in 1445 as a Great Hall for clergy of Salisbury cathedral. Although the medieval wing is incorporated into the house, part has been left as ruins providing a reminder of the history of the property and a fantastic addition to the gardens.

The Priory is discreetly situated off the village high street and sits in a secluded position behind mature trees and a red brick wall. The entrance from the road is understated, however upon entering the grounds, automatic gates provide a grand entrance into the property.
