A main building and a guest building are available; both houses are connected by the wellness area.
The main building is housing the cosy live-in kitchen, the dining room with a large table and tiled stove, the old barn with open gable made of old wood and an open stone chimney that has been converted into a spacious sitting room, four large and two small bedrooms, three bathrooms, wardrobe, wine cellar, guest-toilet, several storage rooms as well as plant room and garage. Surrounding balconies as well as several sun decks are inviting are most inviting to enjoy the natural environment - it is sunny all day long with a stunning view over the surrounding mountain range.
The wellness area has been brilliantly constructed as an internal connection to the guest house. Owing to the openable panoramic glazing, it is light-flooded on the one hand; on the other hand, the secluded sun decks and the garden are perfectly integrated. A large pool, the sauna, reclining beds, space for a gym as well as a kitchenette / bar can make you forget the time.
The guest house is simply charming. Should the owner of the property not be present, guests have a direct access from the separate parking area. The open-plan sitting- / dining area with chimney, old wood, open gable construction, fully equipped kitchen, sun deck and three bedrooms + bathrooms will tempt many guests to stay a bit longer.
Both buildings have been lovingly furnished and with great attention to detail; they may be purchased in the current condition if it pleases. The materials used are of premium quality - partially buckskin, wood, natural stone, wood plank floors, lava stone in the bathrooms, hand-scooped, glazed cotto - the style is timeless and chic.
The building systems are state-of-the-art; SAT and internet can be taken for granted, the heating is operated by natural gas. The care for house and garden is perfectly organized at present; all pending tasks are being taken care of by a loyal caretaker to the owner's full satisfaction for many years. A takeover of these services is gladly possible, if desired.
