It features a barrel vault, oval windows and restrained Baroque decorations. It has a single aisle and a simple faccedil;ade with a stone heterogeneous surface.It is unclear whether the villa predates or postdates the chapel. Its date can likely be placed between the mid 18th to early 19th century. The property belonged to the Fiumi-Sermattei Counts, one of whom, Pope Leo XII (reigned 1823-1829), is believed to have used it as his hunting retreat.
