Christie’s International Real Estate opens luxury residential brokerage in Denver, Colorado

New York, New York (November 4, 2019) — Christie’s International Real Estate, the real estate arm of the world’s leading art auction house, is proud to announce the opening of a luxury residential brokerage in Denver operating under the Christie’s International Real Estate brand. The Denver brokerage is an expansion of the Christie’s International Real Estate Aspen Snowmass business, which is co-owned and managed by Alex and Laren Jansen, who founded Coastal Properties Group International, Christie’s International Real Estate’s exclusive Affiliate in the Tampa Bay area, in 2012, and the Aspen Snowmass brokerage in 2018. Success in building businesses leveraging the Christie’s brand has earned them back-to-back Affiliate of the Year honors at the Christie’s International Real Estate’s Global Conferences in Argentina and Paris.

In launching the brokerage, the Jansens engaged two top luxury real estate agents in the Denver market, Rollie Jordan and Gwenivere Snyder. Ms. Jordan and Ms., Snyder have a long-standing reputation for exceptional client service befitting of the specialist universe that other Christie’s advisors occupy in the art and luxury goods categories.
