Denver posts three sales over US$7,000,000 in January of 2021 with one represented by Christie’s International Real Estate

New York, New York (February 22, 2021) — Rollie Jordan, a real estate professional in Denver for more than 25 years, reports that in her experience she has never seen such keen interest in in out-of-state buyers relocating to Denver as she has since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Jordan, of Christie’s International Real Estate Denver, said: “People have discovered while working remotely, they can live almost anywhere. I have seen interest primarily from buyers in Texas, Florida and California who are looking for Colorado’s fresh air, a mountain lifestyle and ample room to welcome extended family to live on the same property in complete privacy.”

With her partner, Gwenivere Snyder, Ms. Jordan went under contract on a Cherry Hills Village estate almost immediately after it was listed in August. Ms. Jordan also represented the buyer. The property closed in January for US$7,600,000.
