As a new real estate agent in 1980, Art joined Township Reality in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. In 1985, Art had achieved over $16 million in production in a single year, it was not a surprise that he quickly achieved the title of Manager when AD&P purchased Township Reality. He was named manager of the year four times during his tenure. In 2018 Art and his group of agents did $240+ million in sales volume.
