Chris Richardson

As Managing Partner of Richardson Properties, Chris brings nearly 20 years of real estate sales and leasing experience spanning both residential and commercial markets. Chris' expertise in effectively marketing new homes, entitled land and premier properties has established him as one of the most successful brokers in San Luis Obispo County. His dedication to customer service has set the standard for all Richardson Properties associates and his commitment to continued education and innovative ideas has helped Richardson Properties to expand operations to include four offices throughout San Luis Obispo County.



Chris was recently selected for the prestigious 40 under 40 by Pacific Coast Business Times, a Tri-Counties business publication. This award profiles up-and-coming business leaders throughout Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and San Luis Obispo County. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo as well as a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University with a concentration in Marketing, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. A longtime resident of San Luis Obispo Chris thoroughly enjoys the Central Coast lifestyle, including mountain biking, hiking, running and of course wine tasting.



As a board member for both the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Vitality Corporation (EVC), Chris is committed to supporting and enhancing the San Luis Obispo economy. In addition to his work with several local business and government groups, Chris is also a board member of Transitions Mental Health Association and he recently completed a two and half year assignment as a Task Force Member for the City of San Luis Obispo's Land Use and Circulation Element Update.
