Julie Folden

A true Florida native, Julie grew up on the Florida beaches and has witnessed the ever-evolving changes on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Her love of the Florida lifestyle allowed her to follow her passion of becoming a real estate specialist in waterfront homes and condominiums in Pinellas County.
With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Julie has earned the respect of hundreds of satisfied customers. In fact, during her career she has sold more than 560 homes! That experience combined with her deep knowledge of the area allows Julie to provide her clients with a unique and unsurpassed level of service.
A Real Estate Advisor with Coastal Properties Group International, Tampa Bay's exclusive Christie's International Real Estate affiliate, Julie is continually recognized for her performance and achievements. She has consistently earned the designation of the International Presidents Circle, which recognizes the top 4% of all Realtors nationwide.
Having lived in waterfront communities for most of her life, Julie has an extensive knowledge and appreciation for the waterfront marketplace. As a dedicated professional, she combines her love of the water with a successful real estate career. An avid angler and diver, much of Julie's free time is spent on the water. Her husband owns a fishing charter boat business in Clearwater Beach.
I love selling waterfront, notes Julie. In fact, I like to take my clients by boat to show them waterfront properties. There is something magical about seeing your new home from the water! It's one of the many pleasures of selling waterfront property.
Another favorite pastime of Julie's is golfing, and she can often be found on the golf course with friends and clients at the Belleair Golf and Country Club.
I enjoy everything about the Florida lifestyle, continues Julie. This is why people relocate to the beautiful coastal areas of Pinellas County.
Prior to embarking on her successful real estate career, Julie was a Speech Pathologist working both in the Pinellas County School System, as well as her owning her own private practice. This experience honed her listening talents, a critical skill when working with buyers.
You have to take the time to really listen to your clients in order to discover what they are looking for in a home, explained Julie. Exceptional communication and listening skills are ‘must haves' in the real estate industry.
Julie believes strongly in supporting and giving back to her community. She is involved with Action 2000 of Indian Rocks Beach, an organization dedicated to the improvement and beautification of Gulf Blvd, the major access corridor serving the Pinellas County beach communities. Julie is a member of the Board of Directors, and currently serves as the organization's Secretary.
In addition, she is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association and also dedicates time to mentoring students and volunteering in various school settings. Julie's diverse background, in-depth knowledge of coastal Pinellas County, and vast network of influential community contacts, make her the ideal choice for buyers and sellers of residential waterfront properties.
