Doug Grattan

Doug Grattan serves as President and Director of Sales for Atlantic Brokerage. He is one of the founding members of the Company, having started the business in 2008. His exceptional sales skills and attention to detail have consistently earned him top rankings in the region’s real estate market. Doug has a strong background in management having led sales teams in the automobile industry before shifting his attention to real estate. His management background and unsurpassed sales skills provide strong leadership for the Company. That coupled with his energy and drive give Atlantic Brokerage an edge in the Cape and Nantucket residential and commercial real estate market. He holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s License and a Sales License in the State of Florida. He is heavily involved in the community, having serviced on the Board of the Chatham Anger’s Baseball Organization, the Rotary Club of Chatham, and is currently on the Historic Business District Commission of Chatham. He resides in Chatham with his wife Tracy.
