Hi, I'm Jessie Killbourne. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and moved to Tampa in 2019. I have an extremely unique educational and work background in Theatre and zookeeping and brings my varied skill set of engaging with people, connecting on an individual level, and thinking quickly while keeping a cool head under pressure to the table. Combined with my love of real estate and passion for helping people find their next home, I have a fresh perspective and style when working with my real estate clients.
I attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and earned a degree in Theatre Arts. My skills in the theatrical world translate unanimously to the real world, where my outgoing personality and training in improv allow me to always be thinking one step ahead to find the best fit for a client and problem solve potential issues before they even arise. If a roadblock comes up, rest assured that I can (and will!) bring my creativity to the table to find a solution to help get my clients in the house of their dreams. I love coming up with unique and creative ways to attract buyers to home listings, taking each new property as a character study to highlight and enhance, getting my clients’ houses sold as quickly as possible.
I entered the Real Estate world to fulfill a passion and provide for my family in a manner that allows me the time and freedom to love the life I live. My goals have always been lofty, and my work ethic helps me constantly push myself to continually grow those goals. In Real Estate as in life, I tirelessly work to connect with people on a genuine level and build relationships that will last long beyond the signing of closing papers on your new home.
I lives in Clearwater, FL with my husband, Great Dane, greyhound, two cats and a variety of reptiles. In my free time I volunteer in animal care and love to explore new parts of Florida. Traveling internationally is a huge passion of mine, but when I'm stateside you can often find me scuba diving or in Orlando enjoying a day at Disney World.
