Bev Garrity

I have been fortunate to call Pawleys Island home since 1999. I’m a native of Maine, with a degree from Marymount College in New York. After college, my husband and I spent 3 years in Bamberg Germany during his tour of duty with the US Army. Our return to the United States brought us to South Carolina and eventually Pawleys Island, which is a magical area encompassing the serene lifestyle we’ve been blessed with living.

Career wise, I have spent 20 years in the Real Estate industry. Half of that time with one of the premiere Real Estate Firms in the country, Trammell Crow Residential, managing both operational and new construction multi-family properties in the Mid Atlantic. This solid foundation instilled a strong work ethic and ability to work seamlessly with owners, customers and clients. I have been with the Lachicotte Company since 2012 working primarily in property management and developing a firm grasp of real estate as it relates to home ownership and investment property.

Personally, I’ve learned to never take anything for granted and believe in a work hard play hard philosophy. I love water sports, snow sports, hiking, golfing, traveling and most of all family and friends. I feel privileged to call this beautiful area home and look forward to helping you call it “Home” too!
