The Atlantic Club: Welcome to “Manhattan by the Sea”

With its five-star amenities, idyllic oceanfront location, and easy access to New York City, The Atlantic Club in Long Branch, New Jersey, is the answer to a commuter’s prayers

There’s a new trend in New York City. As the demand for living space outpaces Manhattan’s ability to build upwards, building out across the Hudson and East Rivers has become the hottest mode.

For those who want to get ahead of the crowd, The Atlantic Club is the answer. Due for completion in 2026 and situated at Long Branch on the New Jersey Shore, it offers resort-style living with Manhattan-grade features 365 days of the year.

The elegant lobby at The Atlantic Club provides a glowing welcome, the color scheme enhancing the light flowing in through the doors and flourishes from renowned artists adding interest.

There are 132 condominium residences planned, including two penthouses, in the 75,000-square-foot (6,968 sq m) complex by New York’s Stillman Development International. Its holistic approach of architects, designers, and artists working in unison is apparent from the marquee entrance that leads to a double-height gallery-style lobby, with a swirl of gold and glowing warm tones that soften the light streaming through the windows.

“The lobby is the high point of our design,” says Roy Stillman, president of Stillman Development International. “The materials have been selected to evoke the feeling of a sunset over the sea. We chose to work with Christie’s International Real Estate Group and Reuveni Development Marketing to represent and market our project because of the capabilities that they jointly bring to the table—local expertise with global reach. The Christie’s art connection was also very important to us, as all of our new development projects are inspired by important artwork. Two of the artists featured are found in Chanel stores and in major museum collections. One is Christophe Côme, a Parisian who specializes in glass and metal, and textiles are by Colombian atelier Hechizoo. Their works here are custom-designed under the guidance of famed gallerist and curator Cristina Grajales.”

With its stunning swimming pools, spaces for lounging, entertainment areas, and spectacular ocean views, the club at the center of The Atlantic Club offers resort-style living at home.

The residential units are replete with spacious open-plan layouts and terraces, and a beachfront-oasis status is granted by the aspect of The Atlantic Club’s white-stone and glass building, gleaming on the shoreline. Its central area is given over to the club, which features a pool and deck, a lounge area, and an entertainment deck.

“The elegance and amenity package is unmatched by any residence on the New Jersey Shore, and we know of no other like it in Manhattan,” Stillman says. “It is a complete country-club offering of service, entertainment, and luxury: a true lifestyle.”

That service expands to a communal lounge and a party room with an outdoor terrace. There is also a game room, VR space, music room, sports simulator, a movie theater, and a children’s play area. Staying in shape is easy in the gym and cycling studio, or in the yoga room, and even the family pooch has a pet spa and treadmill to enjoy.

Superior Comfort at The Atlantic Club

“The Atlantic Club offers an exclusive way of living, but above all else, it is a home,” says Ilija Pavlovic, CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate Group, serving New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. “It’s a fully serviced building, with concierge services and great views in a beautiful community.”

“The Atlantic Club is a resort-quality project that is the first of its kind for the region that redefines luxury living on the Jersey Shore. It will be best in class for generations to come. While the property is attracting a large pool of buyers, it is perfect for urbanites who don’t want to sacrifice amenities and services at their beach home. We are finding there is tremendous demand in this sector,” says Shlomi Reuveni, president and CEO of Reuveni Development Marketing, which has partnered with Christie’s International Real Estate Group in New York City on marketing new developments.

Long Branch is a burgeoning, cosmopolitan district. The area is home to a casino, racetrack, country club, and top golf courses, and great chefs are opening restaurants here, too. Art galleries and a theater have launched, and Netflix is planning a movie studio 20 minutes from The Atlantic Club.

With an easy commute to the city, it is a location suited to midtown CEOs, Wall Street high fliers, and international buyers who want the proximity of Manhattan with oceanside living. The on-site business center makes working from home a breeze.

“If you’re looking for luxury and a unique, 21st-century lifestyle—Manhattan by the sea—it’s here, like an endless vacation,” Pavlovic says.
