Thirty years of experience in the new homes building industry in sales, marketing, and sales management. Responsible for annual gross sales volume in excess of 75 million dollars. Work with new homes communities in all price ranges, from entry level to ultra high end luxury. Kenny has overseen as many as 25 subdivisions at one time.
Kenny helps homebuilders with land acquisition, product development, hiring and management of on site sales managers, oversee sales and marketing compaign. Kenny also makes sure sales and settlement goals are met until project completion.Kennys responsibilities include hiring, training supervising on site sales managers, creating and implementing presales marketing compaigns, makes recommendations on land acquisition, assists with product development, and oversees advertising and marketing.
