been granted for alterations, extension and change
of use to form a dwelling house, thus giving flexibility of use. The current layout has a large open plan demonstration kitchen/ dining area. Exposed oak beams are a feature and the views from the huge glass windows are spectacular. There is a large island unit and further units down two walls, with a gas range cooker (2 ovens and 6 ring hob), 2 further gas rings and a Belfast sink.
