Real Estate Agent
Creative, best describes Phil Hanna. Since beginning his real estate career in 1979, he has
grown with the industry and its many changes. When interest rates broke through the 10%
threshold, he learned creative ways to help buyers and sellers finance their transactions,
making payments affordable. Along with real estate, he has a strong background in marketing
and advertising. Working with and for some of the world's largest advertising firms he has
honed his ability to creatively position any product in the marketplace and connect it to the
nearest to market buyer. He has brought this skill set to his real estate business. While at
Equity Residential, the country's largest REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), Phil was part of
the marketing arm that took the company public. His group expanded the company to over
9,000 units nationwide. While with Bozell-Jacobs Advertising Agency in Tampa, Phil worked
alongside the team that created Florida's Lottery. Again, his creative input came into play.
As a real estate professional, he takes these very same principals of marketing, positioning,
and creative to put his clients' homes in the best light. As a successful businessman, he is a
skilled negotiator, and not only puts transaction together, but keeps them going when things
get tough.
