Magnificent single family villa, with a 700 sqm area and a 119 sqm dependent gross floor area, totaling a 779 sqm construction gross floor area. It is located in the charming Restelo´s neighbourhood and placed in a mainly residential street with some embassies' head offices. This villa was built from scratch, according to a project signed by Nini Andrade e Silva, where the contemporary architecture and the finest taste design stand out.
