Located in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers region, this family estate of approximately 33 ha is HVE3 certified since 2019.

It benefits from an exceptional terroir that favours the production of a complete range of wines in three appellations: Bordeaux Red, Bordeaux Rosé and Entre-Deux-Mers, i.e. 1/4 white grape varieties and 3/4 red grape varieties.

The presence of old vines (Semillon 100 years old, Merlot over 50 years old...), the fact that 60% of the vineyard is planted in narrow vines and the south-facing aspect on a clay-limestone plateau are all assets for obtaining well-balanced wines (good maturity, good acidity, perfect balance).

1/3 of the estate has been restructured over the last 10 years, thus enabling a good level of production to be maintained.

The property is equipped with two cellars which communicate with each other: a vinification and storage cellar, equipped with a thermoregulation system, and an ageing cellar.
The storage capacity is for three harvests.

The sellers are environmentally conscious: effluent is collected and rainwater is separated. Water from the well is used for the cellar and for cleaning the equipment.

There may be a dwelling house on the estate.
