Tracy Elder brings a special combination of local community knowledge, extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering and passion for understanding her clients' needs when it comes to residential real estate.
Ms. Elder has resided in northern New Jersey for almost 10 years. She has settled in Ho-Ho-Kus with her two young children and is an active member of the community. She is a member of the Contemporary Club of Ho-Ho-Kus and a past member of the Ridgewood Newcomers and Neighbors and volunteers at the Ho-Ho-Kus Public School. Tracy is also an experienced archeologist, having worked for URS, a global civil and engineering company for over a decade. There she built a deep understanding of land and infrastructure development. This technical knowledge and experience makes her well suited to handle complex residential and commercial real estate issues. You will also find Tracy to be empathetic to your needs, as she herself has moved several times. She is also a professional anthropologist and has a keen ability to listen to your individual needs and wants and provide unbiased real estate advice.
Tracy is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Real Source, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service as well as the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
