Diana Malkhasian

Diana Malkhasian is a Realtor Associate with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She works with an array of clients, including traditional buyers and sellers, as well as real estate developers, on residential, rental, and commercial properties.

In nearly two decades, Diana has been recognized for her superior skill and performance with industry recognitions, including 17 Circle of Excellence awards and achieving Platinum Level from 2008-2009. She is also a member of the Liberty Board of REALTORS, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

Diana is also known for her work on real estate transactions for many of Hudson County's most prominent residential developments, including Insignia Gardens in North Bergen, Julia Court in Union City, Harrison Pointe in Hoboken, Washington Pointe in Jersey City, and Ava's Court in Hoboken among others. With her deep experience and her affiliation with Christie's Northern New Jersey, Diana is able to leverage the strength of the corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs.

In her spare time, the Hoboken resident enjoys Pilates and traveling with her family. A native of Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia, Diana speaks fluent Russian and Georgian. She holds a bachelor's degree in medical technology.
