Jim Hare is a Realtor® Associate with a specific focus on residential real estate. He is committed to providing clients, whether they are buying or selling a home, with the highest levels of customer service.

Jim is also a home renovation and rehab specialist. For a number of years, he has been seeking out and renovating homes both in Mahwah and in surrounding towns. He has built a reputation for modern, high-quality transformations with a focus on complete roof-to-basement renovations. With his extensive background in home renovation and his new affiliation with Christie's Northern New Jersey, Jim is able to leverage Christie's unmatched corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist clients at all stages of the real estate process.

Originally from Oakland, and now a Mahwah resident for over 30 years, Jim knows Bergen County well. He and his wife raised their three daughters in Mahwah and have actively participated in many aspects of the Mahwah School System. In his free time, Jim is an active volleyball and racquetball player, golfer, motorcyclist, and hiker.
