Ningxi Lily Borak

Ningxi “Lily” Borak is a Realtor-Associate® who is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to her clients, whether they are buying or selling. She specializes in residential real estate in northern New Jersey, particularly in the Gold Coast region along the Hudson River. Lily believes one of the best investments one can make in their life is purchasing real estate, and she promises to provide guidance throughout the process while maximizing the value of her clients’ investment.  

Prior to real estate, Lily earned a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and worked as an investment and data analyst. She is a real estate investor herself, having invested in multiple states in the Northeast and South, including both long-term and short-term rentals. Lily’s financial savvy and business acumen combined with her personal experience in investing made her transition to her real estate career seamless. She loves helping her clients accomplish their real estate goals while achieving financial freedom. With a passion for her profession and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Lily is able to leverage the strength of Christie's local expertise, global network, and unparalleled corporate marketing resources and customer service programs to exceed client expectations throughout the entire real estate process. 

Lily is multilingual – she is a native Mandarin speaker and is proficient in French, which helps extend her network of clientele globally. She is also a local business owner and owns a boutique barre fitness studio in Hoboken. In her spare time, she enjoys wine tasting, traveling, and spending time with her 2 rescue cats and Labrador Retriever.
