Kim Englishman is a Realtor-Associate® with 20 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in the sales of residential homes and is committed to providing clients with the highest levels of customer service, both on the buy or sell side of the real estate transaction. Prior to her real estate career, Kim worked in information technology with General Electric Information Services and McDonnel Douglas Communications Systems and Services.

Kim holds Certified Buyer Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist certifications, allowing her to provide an enhanced level of service and guidance to clients whether selling their home or looking for real estate options in a new area as a result of a relocation. She has been recognized for her superior skill and performance with industry recognitions, including the Million Dollar Market Club and Pride Award at her previous brokerage, and the Circle of Excellence from the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

Kim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Passaic County Board of Realtors and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and Garden State Multiple Listing Services. With her depth of experience and her new affiliation, Kim can leverage the strength of Christie's Northern New Jersey's unparalleled corporate marketing and superior customer service programs to meet client needs at all phases of the real estate process.

Kim is a member of several organizations in her community. She is active with the LifeGivers Support Group, serves as an Elder-at-Large for the Reformed Church of America, and is a past member of the Wayne PTO. Additionally, Kim is a member of the Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park, where she serves as a Sunday School Teacher.

Kim is a graduate of Douglas College, part of Rutgers University, with a bachelor's degree in computer science. She has two children and currently lives in Wayne with her husband.
