Drawing on ten years of real estate experience as well as an extensive background in business and sales, Joel utilizes a proven systematic method that completely eliminates the guesswork from every transaction. In his current role at Christie's Northern New Jersey, Joel specializes in all types of residential sales, including investment properties, corporate investments, short sales, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties.

Originally from Essex County and a lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, Joel takes pride in his extensive knowledge of everything the state has to offer. From great schools and restaurants to diverse retail shopping and cultural attractions, Joel recognizes that the area is both rife with investment opportunities and an ideal place to settle down. To this end, he focuses on residential properties throughout Bergen, Essex and Passaic counties, ranging from single and multi-family homes to townhomes and condominiums.

In the beginning stages of Joel's decade-plus real estate career, he worked regularly with first-time buyers and empty nesters, before eventually expanding his expertise to also encompass residential and corporate investment properties. With his affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, he is now able to leverage the strength of the brand's unmatched corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to support and assist clients throughout all phases of the real estate process.

Joel graduated from Caldwell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication Arts. Outside of work, Joel is an auto enthusiast and an avid traveler. He has explored throughout Europe, South and Central America and is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
