The Rutland Hurley Team is comprised of Elizabeth “Beth” Rutland and Elizabeth “Beth” Hurley, both Realtor-Associates® with nearly 15 years of industry experience combined. In 2015, Beth started her real estate career as part of the Rutland Hurley Team.  Born and raised in North Caldwell, she has been living in Madison since 1995.  She raised her four children here sending them through the public schools and taking advantage of all that Madison has to offer.  After graduating from Boston College, she worked on the Client side as an Account Manager for IBM for 13 years.  Her successful career at IBM which focused on client management, marketing, sales, and client satisfaction prepared her well for her role as a Real Estate Agent.  In addition to her career, Beth has been involved with the local community – serving as President of the Madison HS Soccer Booster Club, volunteering for the Madison Education Foundation and the Madison Public Schools PTOs, and serving at the Morristown Community Soup Kitchen with her St. Vincent Martyr Church Parish.   Beth is very active and is an avid tennis player.  She has served as Captain over the years for the Noe Pond Spring Tennis Team and for the Murray Hill Racquet Club indoor tennis team.  She also loves to ski and spend time at the Jersey Shore and Cape Cod with her family.  When she is not working, she can be seen walking her dogs with friends or spending time with her family.
