The Hoboken Public Schools serve students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The district’s five schools include the Joseph F. Brandt Primary School, serving pre-kindergarten and kindergarten; the Salvatore R. Calabro, Thomas G. Connors, and Wallace Elementary Schools serving grades K-6; and the Hoboken Middle School/Hoboken High School serving grades 7-12. In addition, Hoboken has three charter schools. The Elysian Charter School serves students in grades K–8, the Hoboken Charter School serves grades K–12, and the Hoboken Dual Language Charter School (HoLa) serves grades K–8.

Stevens Institute of Technology, founded in 1870, is located in the Castle Point section of Hoboken. This higher education institution serves more than 6,400 undergraduate and graduate students across its array of academic programs. Stevens is also home to three national research centers of excellence and joint research programs focusing on healthcare, energy, finance, defense, STEM education and coastal stability.

Home to Frank Sinatra, the first baseball game, and a historic train station, Hoboken is built on a great foundation and continues to evolve with its citizens in order to offer all the luxuries of the lively city across the Hudson.
