Jeffrey Koblenz

Jeff Koblenz is a Realtor Associate who specializes in residential, investment, commercial and rental properties in Jersey City, Hoboken and the greater Northern New Jersey region. He also executes financial modeling for real estate investors, and teaches continuing education classes on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act to Certified Public Accountants. Jeff, also a licensed CPA and insurance agent, can assist clients with insurance for commercial buildings and corporations. He is also a member of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.

Previously, Jeff worked for many years with major finance organizations in New York City and served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor for New York University. With his real estate, insurance, finance and accounting backgrounds, Jeff serves as an exam tutor for professional certifications and evaluations like the CPA exam, the Series 7 exam, and the state insurance and real estate exams. Jeff also tutors MBA students on quantitative topics.

With his strong financial and real estate background, and his affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, he is able to leverage the strength of the brand's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to help his clients smoothly navigate the real estate process.

A graduate of both Rutgers University and New York University, Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in real estate finance. He is a 17-year resident of Jersey City who enjoys staying active, traveling and attending creative events, including Broadway shows, in his spare time.
