With over 20 years of experience, Sonja is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Christie's International Real Group, serving New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. A regional market leader with over 30 office locations, the company has its flagship office at 1 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan and markets some of the most distinctive properties throughout the tri-state region. Sonja is responsible for all aspects of brokerage management, including operations and training programs, corporate business development and marketing, including the marketing of distinctive properties and development projects, media and public relations, managing strategic partnerships and expansion to new territories. Sonja also manages the brokerages' relationships with Christie's Auction House and other Christie's affiliates worldwide. She has collaborated on many successful lifestyle events, showcasing Christie's real estate services and properties, including The Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary Art Show, Art Miami, Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, The Rockefeller Estate Auctions, and the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII Launch in the tri-state area, to name some. She has appeared on CNBC's Secret Lives of the Super Rich, NBC Open House, and CBS Living Large.Prior to joining the executive team at Christie’s, Sonja spent more than a decade on Wall Street. From 2011-2013, she served as Vice President at TD Financial Group. From 2001-2011, Sonja was employed by Fidelity Investments in New York, where she served as Senior Director in the Institutional Brokerage division. In 2011, she was awarded the Fidelity President's Award for her leadership and service.Sonja holds a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Finance and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed an executive development program at Harvard University.
