Gregg Kennedy

Gregg Kennedy is a Realtor-Associate® with over 20 years of industry experience specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Central New Jersey. He is committed to servicing his clients – whether buying or selling – with the highest level of customer service. He is a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Prior to launching his career as real estate professional, Gregg earned his master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the prestigious New York University. He brings his clients in-depth knowledge of valuation, project management, construction financing, and investment sales along with expertise in the ever-changing real estate market. His integrity, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and keen understanding of the financial and real estate markets ensure that he will best protect his clients’ interests when buying or selling a property. With his affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Gregg is able to leverage the strength of Christie’s unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

In his spare time when he isn’t assisting his clients, Gregg enjoys volunteering as a youth football coach and spending time with his family. He currently resides in Rumson with his 3 children and wife.
