DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS The property consists of a main villa in need of renovation, measuring 633 sqm, with agricultural premises attached, offices, housing for employees, and a restored farmhouse with four apartments (22 beds) currently running as an accommodation business and a wine tasting room with breakfast room. The estate includes also a state-of-the-art oil mill, used also for third party’s olive pressing.
