A grand maison‘De Negen Linden' is a NSW classified estate in a wonderful and wetland environment, at a short distance from Amsterdam and close to a village with all amenities needed. But no matter how the ambiance might let you doubt this, the building leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to amenities and modern comfort. The symbiosis between the almost bygone lifestyle in a grand maison and all the contemporary luxury and comfort is unique and perfect. Descend to the swimming pool with wellness area in the basement and you will be amazed. The swimming pool with jet stream, marble columns, wainscoting and floors, ornamented ceiling and completely equipped bar is an oasis of luxury. There is a sauna with steam cabin, whirlpool and showers and opening doors to an amazing terrace, below the water level of the pond. Precisely the right climate is found in the wine cellar in order to keep the valuable inventory in prime condition. On the upper floor, there are eight very spacious sleeping suites and some children's and baby rooms. There are no less than seven bathrooms, one even more beautiful than the other. Everywhere in this family house avant la lettre the atmosphere is determined by striving towards harmony, warmth and opulent comfort. The house is equipped with state of the art home automation systems, even for curtains, external hatches and climate control – warmth and cooling. There is, of course, a very advanced security system. The coach house provides room for approx. five cars and there is a completely independent apartment on the upper floor. Ideal for indwelling personnel, caregiving or a nanny. A romantic tea dome adorns the forest edge – as it should be – and the driveway meanders across a valiant stone bridge through a wrought iron gate to the porch.
