In 1981, Nancy partnered with her daughter, Karen Hubble Bisbee, the third generation of the Hubble family to pursue a career in real estate, and a 45 year veteran of the industry herself. The nationally ranked Hubble Bisbee Group has been listed on the Wall Street Journal Real Trends Top 250 Teams as well as America’s Best Real Estate Professionals over the years, most recently ranking #4 for Volume for Large Teams in the State of Maryland for 2022.

Nancy witnessed the lifechanging effect the University has had on their graduates as they began their post-collegial path towards meaningful careers, engaged citizenship, personal fulfillment and consequential lives. Nancy’s wish to support motivated students and guide them on this trajectory toward academic achievement led her to establish the Nancy C.
