A native of California, Jim moved here in 1989, became a Sales Associate in 1990, and progressed to being a Broker in 1992. As he puts it, "The best part of being a real estate professional is when I am able to find the right property for my client."
Jim spends part of every summer at fire camps as an EMT and Medical Unit Leader for the National Incident Management Team, Team 1 in the Northern Rockies.
Over the years, Jim has served in multiple positions on MLS Boards, been a Corvallis Volunteer Firefighter and Trustee, raised cattle, and trained horses. Currently, Jim is a trustee for Heart Ministry which serves our local community with chaplains in emergency situations and generally provides whatever they can to help.
