Annemarie fell in love with the central coast when she attended Cal Poly back in 2001. It was there she held a concentration in Finance and Appraisal, but also received her minor in Psychology. Both of these schools of thought, coupled with Cal Poly’s learn-by-doing philosophy, have benefited Annemarie as a real estate agent.
Having grown up in a real estate family, Annemarie is keenly aware of the care each transaction requires. Like the entire Richardson team, Annemarie strives to exemplify the highest integrity as well as being extremely personal and hard-working. Annemarie is always timely with clients and is dedicated to their best interests, while always maintaining a calm presence during every scenario.
Annemarie is a member and supporter of Mission de Tolosa, Old Mission Elementary School and Mission Prep. A member of Templeton Chamber of Commerce, she also supports local causes such as the Templeton Cancer Support Community, the Cal Poly Stampede Club, SLO Food Bank, the local Honor Flight chapter and is a registered volunteer of Jack’s Helping Hand.
Living on the central coast provides Annemarie and her family with endless opportunities to be outdoors. Topping their favorites are the Bob Jones Trail or any Cal Poly sporting event, especially since her nephew plays on the soccer team. Besides her love of watching sports, Annemarie loves all things entertaining, from decorating, to cooking, but most especially wine tasting at any of the acclaimed wineries offered in our wonderful SLO County.
