Joanne Clemente

Joanne Clemente, a native New Yorker, is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of customer service whether buying, selling, renting, or investing. She takes deep pride in helping her clients to meet and exceed all of their real estate goals. With prior experience as a real estate agent in New York City, Joanne is currently focused on Rockland, Orange and Westchester Counties. Joanne has always loved the adventure of trying something new and working hard to achieve her goals, keeping her primed for success through all the complexities a real estate transaction may bring.

With her affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Joanne is able to leverage the strength of Christie’s unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

Prior to her career in real estate, Joanne had successful careers as a software engineer, teacher, professor, and college administrator. She never wavered in resolve to become the best version of herself with each career earning her multiple accolades. Joanne possesses a strong passion for philanthropy. In 2012, before her retirement from Academia, Joanne founded a non-profit called Ventures For Good to continue her volunteer work. For years, she has traveled to Uganda to share her knowledge and bring low-cost technology to teachers and students at six elementary schools and one community center. She loves to bring together her affinity for real estate and her non-profit work aiming to build a secondary school for Science and Technology in Uganda.

Joanne is a current resident of the Nyack, New York area where she resides with her husband, a successful orthodontist. Together they share 5 professional children: 3 orthodontists, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Charter School founder. When not helping her clients find or sell their homes, Joanne enjoys spending time at her pied-a-terre on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, writing, painting, building/renovating houses, and decorating, but most of all spending time her family. She is over the moon in love with her delightful grandchildren!
