John became a Top Producing agent with @properties & in DuPage County in 2019. in 2021, John was awarded a Rolex from @properties for the coveted "Road to Rolex" program along with an outstanding achievement award for sales of $10M-$20M in fiscal year.
In 2022, John Salidas started "The Salidas Group" to fill the demand for his services and extend his passion and outstanding client care without sacrificing quality.
When listing a property, John is there for his clients from beginning to end. To start, he helps them fully prepare their home for the market, providing them with a suite of professional photography and staging services—and even drone photography. Once the house is ready to list, he leverages cutting edge technological resources like Adwerx to share it via a blend of targeted digital and social media campaigns.
Over the years, John has earned a fantastic reputation, with the vast majority of his volume coming from repeat clients and referrals. But through everything, he remains focused on the trusted values that have anchored his success in the first place. "You have to look out for your clients, no matter what," he says. Outside his career, John is tremendously active in his community. Currently, he supports and participates in numerous activities around town, including Lombard's Cruise Nights and his local softball team. When he's not with clients or giving back, he can be found golfing with friends or visiting the many restaurants and cafes around the Chicago suburbs—enjoying all the city has to offer.
Going forward, John has strong plans for the future of his business. With his volume maintaining its steady growth, he aims to invest in the downtown area of Lombard, attracting new business into his hometown and helping unlock its fullest potential.
